A lovely place with a communal lounge and garden. Free WiFi throughout, but hey, who needs that when you can enjoy some garden views? Towels are provided, because who wants to bring their own, am I right?
I was devastated when I discovered that they didn't have an Olympic-sized swimming pool. How am I supposed to do my laps?

We just returned from a wonderful 4-night stay at The Coach House. We were warmly greeted by Peter upon arrival and he showed us around the immaculate house. Situated right on the forest, the house had a great trail perfect for the runners in our group. It was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had all the facilities we needed. The beds were comfortable, the lounge and pool room were fantastic, and the owner even arranged taxis for us. it was an exceptional experience and we highly recommend it.
We do recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at The Coach House Learmount for a family getaway. The property is absolutely stunning, with high-quality finishes and a beautiful manor house on the grounds. Our host, Peter, was incredibly accommodating and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The location is picture-perfect, situated in the middle of a forest with views of an old castle, pond, and garden. The house itself was immaculate and had everything we needed, including good WiFi and a fun pool room. We will definitely be back, and highly recommend this hotel.

This hidden gem in a jaw-dropping location has been beautifully restored with period charm. The spacious property offers 4 good-sized bedrooms, a large family bathroom, and an ensuite. The hosts, Peter and Teresa, are lovely and non-intrusive. With stunning beaches and beauty spots nearby, it's perfect for exploring. A short drive to historic Derry adds to the excitement. Nearby shops fulfill every need, and the play park in the woods is ideal for little ones. The view of a derelict castle is a delightful surprise each morning. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The size of the property was amazing, perfect for our family and my mother. The location was also perfect for visiting family nearby. The hotel has been renovated to a good standard, and we loved the traditional features. Everywhere was spotless, and the bedding and towels were of really good quality. We were able to cook for 11 people on Easter Sunday with ease, thanks to the great cooking facilities. The games room with the snooker table was a great idea, and the children absolutely loved it. The fact that there was a washing machine in the property was also really useful for us.
For us, this hotel was ideal.

The property was beautifully done to a high standard, with attention to detail and love. the host was accommodating and went the extra mile to ensure a good stay. the WiFi worked well and all essentials were in working order. the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, with stunning beaches and beauty spots nearby.
The kitchenware was in short supply and we had to cook most nights, which was a bit of a hassle. the dishwasher was temperamental and the tumble dryer didn't work, although the hosts offered an alternative solution.

My recent stay at Coach House Learmount was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the hosts, Kate and Peter. They were attentive and always available if I needed anything during my stay. The little collie dog, Nell, was an adorable addition to the experience, always there to welcome me with a wagging tail. The accommodation itself was top-notch, with a peaceful and tranquil setting that allowed me to relax and unwind. Additionally, the location was convenient, just a short distance from Derry and the stunning Innishowen coast. I couldn't have asked for a more fitting place to stay.
While there was a power cut for a whole day due to essential electric work in the area, the owner went above and beyond by providing a generator for us. This was especially helpful as it started on the morning of the wedding we were attending.
